Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage.

Constrict. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one Medium or smaller creature. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the wind serpent can't constrict another target.

Lightning Breath (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). The serpent exhales lightning in a 20-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 11 (2d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
